Mr. Baradat is the founding and managing partner of the Law Office of Carlos A. Baradat, P.A., where he focuses his practice on issues involving electronic e-discovery, bar admission, and immigration law. He graduated from Hodges University with a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies and went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law.
Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Baradat managed the litigation and information technology department at a prominent Southwest Florida law firm. With over ten years of experience in the fields of business, law, and information technology, his professional experience, coupled with his legal education, has honed his skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership. These skills have contributed to his successful law career over the years and laid the foundation for his approach to law practice today.
In addition, Mr. Baradat has proudly taught at Hodges University in both their Bachelor’s and Master’s Legal Studies programs for nearly ten years. Following his passion for law and love for technology, Mr. Baradat also enjoys the simpler things in life, such as spending time with his family and friends. Recognizing that community involvement is the catalyst for positive change, Mr. Baradat is a member of the American Bar Association and the Collier County Bar Association, and a proud member of the Florida Bar.”
