Carlos A. Baradat, Esq. is the founding and managing partner of the Law Office of Carlos A. Baradat, P.A., where he focuses on immigration law, litigation, electronic discovery (eDiscovery), and bar admissions. He is also the owner of Legal Tech Dynamics, a digital forensics and law firm technology consulting company that provides services in eDiscovery, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. With over ten years of experience in business, law, and information technology, Mr. Baradat combines his legal education with technical expertise to offer clients comprehensive solutions in both litigation and tech-related challenges.
Mr. Baradat graduated with a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies from Hodges University before earning his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law. Prior to starting his own firm, he managed the litigation and information technology department at a prominent Southwest Florida law firm, where his leadership skills in critical thinking and problem-solving were refined.
A passionate educator, Mr. Baradat has proudly taught legal studies at both the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels for nearly a decade, including courses in eDiscovery, technology in law practice, and intellectual property law.
Mr. Baradat is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, and the Collier County Bar Association. He has served in leadership roles with the Florida Bar, including as the former chair of the Standing Committee on Technology and as a valued member of the Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence.
In his free time, Mr. Baradat enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and pursuing his passion for fitness. He is also the host of The Virtual Jurist, a podcast and YouTube channel where he explores the intersection of law and technology, discussing topics such as AI, digital forensics, and the future of the legal profession.
